Terms of service

These Terms govern EmailStitch, an electronic service under Polish law. Provider: Tomasz Szymańczak, conducting business as Vivivo Solutions, ul. Cicha 26, 96-513 Kozłów Biskupi, Poland. NIP: 1251758025, REGON: 526903367. Contact: contact@uynix.com.

Sites: emailstitch.com and app.emailstitch.com (the app).

Using the Services, creating an account, or accepting these Terms binds you (and, if you act for an organization, that organization). Also see the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Services. You must be at least 16.

The app (account required) is an IDE for multilingual email HTML templates: build, translate, compile, automated QA, version history, public preview links, ZIP download, and push to your own connected email service provider.

The app has a free plan (1 workspace, 5 templates, 3 locales per template, 1 seat, 1 preview link, version history 7 days) and paid subscription plans with higher limits. The app is authoritative if limits change. Provided as is, with no SLA.

A current major browser with JavaScript, and internet access. The app needs sign-in cookies.

Paid plans are sold and invoiced through Paddle as merchant of record. A subscription bills at the start of each period; there is no free trial. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid for. Upgrades and interval changes are prorated in the app. Refunds are governed by the Refund policy.

Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and organization. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. One seat. We may refuse or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.

You keep IP in HTML and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, compile, QA, export, and display it as needed to run EmailStitch. We do not own your templates and do not use them to train AI. You must have the rights to that content.

Do not use the Services for unlawful content or spam; upload malware or content you lack rights to; use the link checker to scan systems you are not authorized to test; bypass security or rate limits; access other customers’ data; or resell the service except as your organization using it as intended. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

QA findings can be wrong or incomplete. We do not guarantee render, delivery, inbox placement, or legal compliance of your emails. Review output before sending.

Email contact@uynix.com with your account and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Services are provided as is. We do not exclude liability that Polish law forbids excluding (including intentional fault). Where a cap is allowed, our total liability in any twelve months is the fees you paid us in that period, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

You may stop using the Services and delete your organization as the product allows. We may suspend or terminate for breach, security, or legal reasons, or if we discontinue a Service. Data after deletion: Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms (see “Last updated”). Continued use after the change is acceptance, except where law requires explicit consent.

Polish law, excluding conflict rules. B2B disputes: courts of Sochaczew, Poland. Consumers keep mandatory courts and rights of their country of residence.
